RESOLUTION NO. 169 -1988
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMt-lIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, DIRECTING
THE ASSISTANT COUNTY ADMINISTATOR FOR GROWTH
MANAGEMENT TO IMPLEMENT AN ADMINISTRATIVE
PROCEDURE FOR PROCESSING VARIANCES FROM THE
PROVISIONS OF THE MONROE COUNTY LAND USE
REGULATIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Assistant County Administrator
for Growth Management is hereby directed to generate and imp le-
ment an administrative procedure for processing variances from
the provisions of the Monroe County Land Use Regulations as
allowed by Text Amendment 190 of the first six-month' s Land
Development Regulations review.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 5th day of April, A.D. 1988,
