RESOLUTION NO. 170 -1988
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO, 136-1988
CONCERNING SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET.
WHEREAS, it was necessary to conduct a Public Hearing as
required by Section 129.03, Florida Statutes, to increase the
Monroe County Budget for the fiscal year ending September 30,
1988, and
WHEREAS, at said Public Hearing, Resolution No, 136-1988 was
passed and adopted, and
WHEREAS, it has now become necessary to amend said
Resolution No, 136-1988, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. A Public Hearing was conducted on March 15,
1988, to increase the Monroe County Tourist Development Fund
Budget by $1,044,454.00, and to adopt a supplemental budget
amendment.
Section 2. Resolution No. 136-1988 adopted at said public
hearing held March 15, 1988, is hereby amended to read as
follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be and he is hereby authorized to take the necessary action
to effect the transfer of funds hereinabove set forth,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 5th day of April, A,D. 1988,
