RESOLUTION NO. 182 -1988
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING
THE PURCHASING POLICIES FOR THE MONROE COUNTY
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, directed the County Administrator to formulate a compre-
hensive set of policies for the purchase of goods and services;
and
WHEREAS, on April 19, 1988, at a regular meeting of the
Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, a
comprehensive set of Purchasing Policies for Monroe County Board
Departments and all dependent districts was submitted for review
and discussion; and
WHEREAS, the submitted Purchasing Policies meet the highest
contemporary standards for the purchase of goods and services;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Board hereby adopts the Purchasing Policies as
recommended by the County Administrator.
2. That the effective date of said Purchasing Policies is
May 11, 1988.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 19th day of
