RESOLUTION NO. 015 -1989
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZ-
ING THE MAYOR/CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD TO
EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BY AND
BETWEEN THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND THE GUIDANCE
CLINIC OF THE MIDDLE KEYS, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Mayor/Chairman of the Board is
hereby authorized to execute an Amendment to Agreement by and
between the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, and the Guidance Clinic of the Middle Keys, Inc., a copy
of same being attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 3"..J. day of

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, is entered into this ____ day
, 1989, between the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
of
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, and the GUIDANCE CLINIC OF THE MIDDLE
KEYS, INC., in order to amend Par agr ap h 1 (c) 0 f that certain
Agreement between the parties dated November 22, 1988.
Paragraph l(c) is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(C) not more than $76,642.00 for providing services
to the MARC House in Marathon."
In all other respects, the November 22, 1988 agreement
between the parties shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this
Amendment to Agreement as of the day and year first above
written.
