A RESOLUTION OF THE MONROE COUNTY BOARD OF
COMMISSIONERS GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF

of the application filed by James W. Davidson & W. Gregory Robert-
son, requesting final plat approval for property currently de-
scribed and located on Lot 19, Block 7, and Lot 1, Block 8, CoCo
Plum Beach Subdivision, Section 4, Township 66 South, Range 33
East, Crawl Key #3, Tallahassee Meridian, Marathon, Monroe Coun-
ty, Florida. The Land Use District designation is Suburban Resi-
dential
(SR) ,
the Real Estate numbers are #00363810,
and
#00363800, and the properties are located at approximately Mile
Marker 54; and

WHEREAS, Section 9.5-84 (c) (l)a. of the Monroe County Land
Development Regulations stipulates that the Development Review
Committee's recommendation of approval regarding a final plat
involving fewer than five (5) lots shall be placed on the consent
agenda of the board of county commissioners, and the board shall
not modify or reject the decision of the development review com-
mittee unless the board finds that the record does not contain
substantial competent evidence to support approval; and
WHEREAS, the Development Review Committee recommended that
the Board of County Commissioners grant final plat approval sub-
ject to certain specific conditions; and
WHEREAS, staff of the Planning Department has reviewed the
final plat documents and found that the applicant has complied
with all the conditions adopted by the Development Review Commit-
tee; and
WHEREAS, the transfer of 2.5 development rights to the sub-
ject property was approved by the Planning Director through Minor
Conditional Development Order #23-93, ln conjunction with the
review of the final plat, to enable the newly created lots to be
considered "buildable" under the Monroe County Land Development
Regulations; and

WHEREAS, the final plat consists of a replat of existing
platted land; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. That the final plat as evaluated by the Planning
Department staff is hereby attached to this resolution and
made a part hereof.
Section 2. That the decision of the Development Review
Committee to recommend approval of the attached final plat,
including all the terms, conditions and requirements con-
tained therein, is hereby affirmed and adopted as its own.
Section 3. That this Board's Findings of Fact and Conclu-
sions of Law are predicated upon those specified in the re-
port of the Development Review Committee, and which this
Board hereby adopts as its own.
Section 4. That the Clerk of the Board is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Resolution and the executed
plat in the Official Records of Monroe County, Florida.
Section 5. That the Clerk of the Board is hereby directed
to forward two (2) certified copies of this Resolution and
one (2) certified copies of said final plat, when recorded,
to the Monroe County Planning Department.

Section 6. The Monroe County Division of Growth Management
is directed to forward one (1) certified copy of this Resolu-
tion and one (1) certified copy of said final plat, when
recorded, to the Department of Community Affairs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of the Board held on
the 21st
day of September, A.D. 1994
