RESOLUTION NO. 211 -1988
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZ-
ING A THIRTY (30) DAY EXTENSION TO JULY 16,
1988, OF THE TWO (2) AGREEMENTS ENTERED INTO
BY AND BETWEEN THE MONROE COUNTY TOURIST
DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL AND KEYS ADVERTISING AND
MARKETING, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board hereby authorizes a thirty
(30) day extension to July 16, 1988, of the two (2) Agreements
entered into by and between the Monroe County Tourist Development
Council and Keys Advertising and Marketing, Inc., copies of said
agreements being attached hereto and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a special meeting of said Board held
on the 27th day of May, A.D. 1988.

ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT
This Addendum to Agreement is entered into this 15th day of
December.
1987, by and between MONROE COUNTY TOURIST DEVELOPMENT
COUNCIL (WTDCW) and KEYS ADVERTISING & MARKETING, INC., a Florida
Corporation, (WCorporationW):,
WIT N E SSE T H:
WHEREAS,
the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners
authorized and directed the Mayor/Chairman of the Board of County
Commission~rs to execute this Addendum to the Professional Services
Agreement with the Corporation dated November IS, 1985, as amended,
by motion of the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida. on December 15, 1987.
NOW,
THEREFORE,
for and in consideration of the mutual
covenants hereinafter contained, the parties agree as follows:
1. The first and second paragraph of Section 2 of the
Agreement entered into between the parties on November 15, 1985, copy
attached hereto, is hereby amended to read as follows:
2. CONTRACT AMOUNT: $4,030.00 per month payable on the first
day of the month, to cover labor in the amount equal to $48,360.00
annually beginning on October 1. 1987 and continuing until :Ju.li '~I ~<6
to the Corporation for the following services as outlined and shown
in Supplemental Agreement.
3. The Corporation shall be reimbursed the sum of $.18 cents
per unit as a handling fee for all processed mail sent out as a
result of Consumer and Trade inquiries beginning on October 1, 1987

The monthly payment of Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy-
Five and 00/100 Dollars ($11,975.00)shall be payable on the first day
of each month.-
