RESOLUTION NO. 212 -1988
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 142-
1988.
Resolution 142-1988 is amended by addition of the following:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Constitutional amendment referred to in
Resolution No. 142-1988 concerns the contents of the present
Senate Joint Resolution 1060 and House Joint Resolution 1211.
2. That the Clerk of said Board is hereby directed to
forward copies of this resolution to Representative Ron Saunders
and Senator Larry Plummer forthwith, and further, copies shall
also be sent to the Speaker of the House, the Honorab Ie John
Mills, and the President of the Senate, the Honorable John W.
Vogt.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a special meeting of said Board held
on the 27th day of May, A.D. 1988.
