RESOLUTION NO. 218-1988
A RESOLUTION OF THE MONROE COUNTY COMl'lIS-
SION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR/CHAIRMAN OF THE
BOARD TO EXECUTE A QUIT-CLAIM DEED FROM
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO THE CITY OF KEY
WEST, CONCERNING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE KEY
WEST CITY CEMETERY.
WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of October, 1986, the Board of
County Connnissioners entered into a Real Property Agreement by
and between the County and the City of Key West wherein the City
agreed to convey certain property to the County and the County
agreed to convey certain property to the City; both properties
being located in the Key West City Cemetery, and
WHEREAS, the County now desires to convey by Quit-Claim Deed
that certain property located in the Key West City Cemetery to
the City of Key West in accordance with said Real Property
Agreement, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Mayor/Chairman of the Board is hereby
authorized to execute the attached Quit-Claim Deed conveying
certain property in the Key West City Cemetery to the City of Key
West in accordance with the Real Property Agreement dated October
3, 1986.
2. That the Clerk be and he is hereby directed to forward
the original executed Quit-Claim Deed to the City of Key West
Clerk's Office for recording of the same by the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Connnissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 7th day of June, A.D. 1988.

Sweeney's Diagram of a Part of said Tract 5, recorded
in Deed Book "M", at Page 395, Public Records of Monroe
County, Florida, being more particularly described as
follows:
Commence at the intersection of the Easterly
right-of-way line of Windsor Lane and the Northerly
right-of-way line of Pauline Street and run thence
Easterly along the said Northerly right-of-way line of
Pauline Street, 89 feet to the point of beginning of
the parcel of land herein described; thence continue
Easterly, along the said Northerly right-of-way line of
Pauline Street, 25 feet to a point; thence Northerly at
right angles, 82 feet to a point; thence Westerly at
right angles, 25 feet to a point; thence Southerly at
right angles, 82 feet back to the point of beginning.
