A.~SOLU1TION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS

WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
Unincorp~ted Area Service District P1anning,Bldg, Code
Enforceme~tKF~~d,.#148 of the Monroe County Budget for fiscal year
1994 t~Q~coun~Tfo~ ~nanticipated funds, now, therefore,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Unincorporated Area Service District Planning, Bldg,
Code Enforecement Fund #148 of the Monroe County Budget for
fiscal year 1994, be and the same is hereby increased by the sum
of $45,000.00 as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said

authorized and directed to place funds in said items, as set
forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the
22nd day of September A.D. 1994.
