295-1988
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THAT ANY VETERAN
UTILIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS
TRANSPORTATION SERVICE, WHO IS CAPABLE OF
PAYING, SHALL PAY THE DEPARTMENT ELEVEN CENTS
PER MILE TRANSPORTED AND THAT THE MONEY SO
COLLECTED GO INTO THE DEPARTMENT'S ACCOUNT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
The Department of Veterans Affairs is hereby authorized to
collect from veterans, capable of paying, who use the Depart-
mentIs transportation service, the amount of eleven cents (lIe)
per mile traveled. The money collected shall be deposited in the
account of the Department to be used to off-set the expense of
providing the transportation service.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 19th day of July, A.D., 1988.
