RESOLUTION NO. 374 -1988
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZ-
ING THE MAYOR/CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD TO
EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT BY AND
BETWEEN THE AREA AGENCY ON THE AGING FOR DADE
AND MONROE COUNTIES/UNITED WAY OF DADE
COUNTY, INC. AND THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR
THE PURPOSE OF DECREASING FUNDS FOR COMMUNITY
CARE FOR THE ELDERLY (CCE) PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Mayor/Chairman of the Board is
hereby authorized to execute an Amendment to Contract by and
between the Area Agency on the Aging for Dade and Monroe
Counties/United Way of Dade County, Inc. and the Board of County
Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, a copy of same being
attached hereto, for the purpose of decreasing funds for
Community Care for the Elderly (CCE) Program for the period of
July 1, 1988 to June 30, 1989 in the amount of $25,000.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 16th day of August, A.D. 1988.

THIS AGREEMENT, entered into on this 20th day o~ July. 1988 by and
between Monroe County Board of County Co~issioners/Monroe In-Home
Services . hereina~ter referred to as the "Provider," and the Area
Agency on Aging for Dade and Monroe Counties/United Way o~ Dade
County, Inc.
WITNESSETH:
The above-named parties hereby mutually agree:

That the contract between the said parties on

IV. The attached contract entered into on June 30. 1988. is, in
fact, the contractural agreeJllent between the Provider and the
Area Agency and this is,the agreement under which paYJllent has
been taking place.
v. Only iteJlls in the contract or attachments to the contract in
conflict with this amendment to contract shall be and are
hereby changed to conform with the contract.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this
agreement to be executed by their officials thereunto duly
authorized.
