RESOLUTION NO. 396 -1988
A RESOLUTION ELECTING TO PROCEED UNDER
PARAGRAPH 18 OF ORDINANCE NO. 031-1987 AND
STATING THE INTENT TO LEVY A TEN DOLLAR PER
LOT SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ON LOTS WITHIN THE
DISTRICT IN THE SAME MANNER AS OTHER SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ARE COLLECTED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
The Board, sitting as the governing body of the Cross Key
Waterway Special Lighting District under Ordinance No. 031-1987,
has elected to proceed pursuant to paragraph 18 of the ordinance
and intends to levy Ten ($10) Dollars per lot special assessment
on all properties within the District. The special assessment
shall be collected in the same manner as other County special
assessments.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 16th day of August, A.D., 1988.
