RESOLUTION NO. 464 - 1988
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING THE RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
RESOLUTION NUMBER #361-1988
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Office of
Management and Budget a Resolution concerning the receipt of
unanticipated funds made heretofore were in error, and
WHEREAS, the Commission desires to rectify and clarify such
errors, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY FLORIDA, that the following enumerated Resolution is
hereby cancelled, nulled, and set at naught, to wit:
#361-1988
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, upon the receipt of the above, he is hereby
authorized and directed to cancel the transfers of said items,
as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 20th day of September, A.D. 1988.
