~Chapter 200.0634(c),
the Board of Governors of District 1 Lower and
Ambulance, pursuant to the provisions of
Florida
Statutes,
did
conduct
a Public
Hearing on September 20, 1988, at 5:00 P.M. at Key Colony Beach
City Hall, Key Colony Beach, Monroe County, Florida, to amend and
adopt a Tentative Millage Rate for Fiscal Year 1988-89, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF DISTRICT 1 LOWER
AND MIDDLE KEYS FIRE AND AMBULANCE, that a millage rate of 1.5400
Mills be adopted as the Tentative Millage Rate for the Fiscal
Year 1988-89 for District 1 Lower and Middle Keys Fire and
Ambulance and is hereby adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the County Admin-
istrator of said Board be, and he is hereby directed to advertise
the adopted Tentative Millage Rate pursuant to Chapters
129.03(3)(b) and 200.063, Florida Statutes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Governors of District 1
Lower and Middle Keys Fire and Ambulance at a meeting of said
Board held on the 20th day of September, A.D. 1988.
