RESOLUTION NO. 483-1988
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 200.0634(c),
Florida Statutes, did conduct a Public Hearing on September 20,
1988, at 5:00 P.M. at Key Colony Beach City Hall, Key Colony
Beach, Monroe County, Florida, to amend and adopt a Tentative
Millage Rate for Trauma Care District 3 for Fiscal Year 1988-89,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that a millage rate of .5000 Mills be
adopted as the Tentative Millage Rate for Trauma Care District 3
for the Fiscal Year 1988-89, and is hereby adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the County Admin-
istrator of said Board be, and he is hereby directed to advertise
the adopted Tentative Millage Rate, pursuant to Chapters
l29.03(3)(b) and 200.063, Florida Statutes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, at a meeting of said Board held on the
20th day of September, A.D. 1988.
