Florida Statutes, did conduct a Public Hearing on September 20,
1988, at 5: 00 P. M. at Key Colony Beach City Hall, Key Colony
beach, Monroe County, Florida, to amend and adopt a Tentative
Millage Rate for Fiscal Year 1988-89 for each County Fund, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following mi1lages be adopted as
the Tentative Millage Rate for the Fiscal Year 1988-89 and are
hereby adopted as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby directed to certify the above Adopted
Tentative Millages to the County Property Appraiser, and the
County Administrator is hereby directed to advertise the Adopted
Tentative Millage Rates pursuant to Chapters 129.03 (3) (b) and
200.063, Florida Statutes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a Public Budget Hearing of said Board
held on the 20th day of September, A.D. 1988.
