RESOLUTION NO, 492_1988
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 200.0634(c),
Florida Statutes, did conduct a Public Hearing on September 27,
1988, at 5: 05 P. M, in Courtroom B, Monroe County Courthouse
Annex, 500 Whitehead Street, Key West, Monroe County, Florida, to
amend and adopt a Final Millage Rate for Fiscal Year 1988-89, for
the Fine and Forfeiture Fund, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that a millage rate of 3.3788 Mills be
adopted as the Final Millage Rate for the Fiscal Year 1988-89 for
the Fine and Forfeiture Fund and is hereby adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the County Admin-
istrator of said Board be, and he is hereby directed to advertise
the adopted Final Millage Rate pursuant to Chapters 129.03(3)(b)
and 200.063, Florida Statutes,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a meeting of said Board held on the
27th day of September, A,D. 1988.
