RESOLUTION NO. 494 -1988
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida,
pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 200.0634 (c) ,
Florida Statutes, did conduct a Public Budget hearing on Septem-
ber 27, 1988, at 5:05 P.M. in Courtroom B, Monroe County Court-
house Annex, 500 Whitehead Street, Key West, Monroe County,
Florida, to amend and adopt a Final Budget for Municipal Service
District (Waste) for Fiscal Year 1988-89, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Final Budget for Municipal
Service District (Waste) for Fiscal Year 1988-89 in the amount of
$11,265,603.00 be adopted as the Final Budget of the Municipal
Service District (Waste), and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the County Administrator of said
Board be, and he is further directed to advertise the adopted
Final Budget pursuant to Chapters 129.03(3)(b) and 200.063,
Florida Statutes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a meeting of said Board held on the
27th day of September, A.D. 1988.
