RESOLUTION NO. 522 -1988
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZ-
ING THE MAYOR/CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD TO
EXECUTE A RENTAL LEASE AGREEMENT BY AND
BETWEEN MONROE COUNTY AND MODULAIRE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Mayor/Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, is hereby authorized to execute a
Rental Lease Agreement by and between Monroe County and
Modu1aire, a copy of same being attached hereto, for the purpose
of leasing trailers for temporary office space for the Growth
Management Division during the remodeling of Wing III of the
Public Service Building located on Stock Island, Monroe County,
Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 4th day of October, A.D. 1988.
