RESOLUTION NO.
576 -1988
WHEREAS. Municipal Service District has, as a result of
certain of its operations. accumulated a large store of
woodchips; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the County to dispose
of said woodchips to the public at large and to commercial
distributors of woodchips; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA. that the Municipal Service District
management is hereby authorized to sell the woodchips at a price
of Ten ($10.00) Dollars per ton.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 1st day of November, A.D., 1988.
