RESOLUTION NO. 585 -1988
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CLERK OF THE
CIRCUIT COURT OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO
RECORD IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS A REVISED
AMENDED PLAT OF THE SHARK KEY SUBDIVISION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to the authority of Chapter 177, Laws
of Florida, and Section 9.5-81, et seq., Monroe County Land
Development Regulations, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Monroe
County, Florida, is hereby directed to record the amended plat of
Shark Key Subdivision, which is hereby attached and incorporated
by reference, in the Official Records of Monroe County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 1st day of November, A.D. 1988.
