RESOLUTION NO. 617 -1988
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZ-
ING THE MAYOR/CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AND HELP LINE, INC. , CONCERNING
FUNDING FOR FY88-89.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Mayor/Chairman of the Board is
hereby authorized to execute an Agreement between the Board of
County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, and Help Line,
Inc. , a copy of same being attached hereto, concerning funding
for FY88-89.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the etWitday of November, A.D. 1988.

AGREEMENT
Agreement made as of the day of , 1988,
between the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, hereinafter "Board" and HELP LINE, INC. , hereinafter
"Help Line."
WHEREAS, emergencies occur in Monroe County which require
help in the form of information and referral services; and
WHEREAS, Help Line provides such help in Monroe County; now,
therefore, 1
IN CONSIDERATION of such services rendered, Help Line, Inc.
and the Board agree as follows :
1 . The Board shall allocate $10,500 to Help Line toward
payment of its monthly rent, utilities and WATTS line.
2. Payment shall be made monthly in the form of
reimbursement for payments made by Help Line. Evidence of
payment shall be in the form of cancelled checks submitted by
Help Line to the Board.
3. The effective date of this contract is October 1 , 1988
through September 30, 1989.
