RESOLUTION NO. 637 -1988
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONDITION-
ALLY APPROVING THE REQUEST OF BARNETT BANK,
KEY LARGO, MM 101 FOR A MAJOR CONDITIONAL USE
DEVELOPMENT ORDER.
WHEREAS, Barnett Bank heretofore applied for major condi-
tional use development approval for the purpose of constructing a
3,688 square foot commercial building to be used as a branch
bank, and
WHEREAS, the said application for major conditional use
development approval has been reviewed by the County Commission
and found to be appropriate upon the compliance by Barnett Bank
to those certain required conditions contained in the Monroe
County Planning Commission's Major Conditional Use Development
Order 34-88, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the petition for major conditional
use development approval filed by Barnett Bank, Key Largo, MM 101
for the purpose of constructing a 3,688 square foot commercial
building to be used as a branch bank be and is hereby condition-
ally approved upon the compliance by Barnett Bank to those
certain required conditions contained in the Monroe County
Planning Commission's Major Conditional Use Development Order
34-88, to-wit:
1. The applicant is to comply with their project
engineer's recommendations as stated in the
traffic study provided the recommendations are
acceptable to FDOT, the building permit to be
issued only after FDOT approval;
2. A transplantation program and an engineer-sealed
stormwater management plan are to be approved by
the County Biologist prior to issuance of the
building permit;
3. The applicant will draft a credit agreement for
review by the Director of the Growth Management
Division concerning credit of impact fees for
roadway improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 22nd day of November, A. D. 1988.
