RESOLUTION NO. 689 -1988
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZ-
ING THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT
TO COLLECT $5.00 PER AMBULANCE RUN SHEET TO
COVER THE REPRODUCTION AND MAILING COSTS
INCURRED BY THE DEPARTMENT IN PROVIDING SAID
AMBULANCE RUN SHEETS.
WHEREAS, there have been numerous requests for ambulance run
sheets from interested parties, and
WHEREAS, the reproduction and mailing costs associated with
providing said ambulance run sheets should be borne by the
requesting party; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Emergency Medical Services
Department is hereby authorized to collect $5.00 per ambulance
run sheet to cover the reproduction and mailing costs incurred by
said Department in providing said ambulance run sheets.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, F1roida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
