RESOLUTION NO. J17 -1987
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the 1965
Building Certificate Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the
year 1985-86 to account for unanticipated funds received from
Fund Balance 10-1-85, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the 1965 Building Certificate Fund of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1985-86 be, and the same is hereby
increased by the sum of $39,846.67 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the 1965
Building Certificate Fund of the Monroe County Budget
for the year 1985-86, an item to be known as Item #201-
000000-389002-0 - Fund Balance Forward, which said item
shall contain the sum of $39,846.67.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the 1965 Building Certificate Fund of
the Monroe County Budget for the year 1985-86:
Item #201-310000-582730-0
Item #201-920000-581918-0
Agent Fees
Transfer to Gen. Funds
$ 179.67
39,667.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 'k)
