now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Contractors Examining Board for
Monroe County shall comply with Florida Administrative Code provisions for
local disciplinary actions in conducting its disciplinary proceedings under
Monroe County Code Chapter 6.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of the Board held on the 22nd
day of Novanber I 1994.
