RESOLUTION NO. 285-1986
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1986-87 to
account for unanticipated funds received from the Federal
Governmental for JTPA Program, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1986-87 be, and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $60,000.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1986-87, an item to be known as Item #001
340601-331527-87100, which said item shall contain the
sum of $60,000.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1986-87:
Item #001-340601-551120-87100 Salaries $37,138.00
Item #001-340601-551210-87100 FICA taxes 2,656.00
Item #001-340601-551220-87100 Retirement 4,862.00
Item #001-340601-551230-87100 Group Insurance 3,011.00
Item #001-340601-551240-87100 Workmen's Compo 1,513.00
Item #001-340601-551400-87100 Travel 4,580.00
Item #001-340601-551410~87100 Communications 1,800.00
Item #001-340601-551440-87100 Rentals & Leases 2,500.00
Item #001-340601-551510-87100 Office Supplies 1,940.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 19th day of September, A.D. 1986.
