Board of Governors of Municipal
Service Tax District No. 2
RESOLUTION NO. 295-1986
WHEREAS, the Board of Governors of Municipal Service Tax
District No.2, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
200.0654(d), Florida Statutes, did conduct a Public Budget
Hearing on September 26, 1986, at 5:00 P.M. at the Marathon
Sub-Courthouse, Marathon, Monroe County, Florida, to adopt a
Final Budget and Final Millage Rate for Fiscal Year 1986-87, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF MUNICIPAL
SERVICE TAX DISTRICT NO.2, that the Final Budget for Fiscal Year
1986-87, as shown in Attached A in the amount of $414,000.00 be
adopted as the Final Budget of Municipal Service Tax District No.
2; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF MUNICI-
PAL SERVICE TAX DISTRICT NO.2, that a Final Millage Rate of
.3020 mills be adopted for the Fiscal Year 1986-87; and
BE IT ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF
MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAX DISTRICT NO.2, that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby directed to forward a certified copy
of this Resolution to the County Property Appraiser.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Governors of Municipal
Service Tax District No. 2 at a Public Budget Hearing of said
Board held on the 26th day of September, A.D. 1986.
