RESOLUTION NO. 298 -1986
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO EXECUTE A REAL
PROPERTY AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF
KEY WEST AND THE COUNTY OF MONROE, FLORIDA,
CONCERNING THE TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY CEMETERY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
The Mayor and Chairman of the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Monroe County, Florida, is hereby authorized to
execute a Real Property Agreement by and between the City of Key
West and the County of Monroe, Florida, a copy of same being
attached hereto, concerning the transfer of real property located
in the City Cemetery.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 3rd day of October, A.D. 1986.
