RESOLUTION NO. 327-1986
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CHAIRMAN OF SAID BOARD TO EXECUTE
AN ADDENDUM TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BY AND
BETWEEN MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND CALVIN J.
ALLEN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that said Board hereby authorizes the
Mayor and Chairman of the Board to execute an Addendum to
Emp loyment Agreement by and between Monroe County, Florida and
Calvin J. Allen, a copy of same being attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 7th day of November, A.D. 1986.

ADDENDUM TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
THIS ADDENDUM dated the
day of
, 1986,
between MONROE COUNTY, Florida, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida, herein referred to as County, and CALVIN J.
ALLEN, herein referred to as Employee, witnesseth that in
consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained
herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Section 1 of that certain employment agreement entered
into between the parties on July 2, 1985, is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"l. County employs and hires Employee, and
Employee accepts such employment, as Assistant County
Attorney for Monroe County, at the salary of $18,746.00
per year."
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this
agreement the day and year first above written.
