RESOLUTION NO. 360 -1986
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN MONROE COUNTY,
FLOR IDA, AND HELP LINE, INC., TO ALLOCATE
$5,000 TO HELP LINE, INC. FOR PAYMENT OF
MONTHLY RENT AND PARTIAL PAYMENT ON
UTILITIES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
The Mayor and Chairman of the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Monroe County, Florida, is hereby authorized to
execute an Agreement by and between Monroe County, Florida, and
Help Line, Inc., a copy of same being attached hereto, to
allocate $5,000 to Help Line, Inc. for payment of monthly rent
and partial payment on utilities,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the~ day of December, A.D. 1986.

between MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, and HELP LINE, INC.
WHEREAS, many emergency situations occur in Monroe County,
Florida, that require help as well as information from others and
referral services in order to resolve the emergency situation,
and
WHEREAS, Help Line, Inc. recognizes this need and provides
24 hour crises intervention, information and referral services in
Monroe County, Florida, now, therefore,
IN CONSIDERATION of said services that Help Line, Inc.
renders in Monroe County, Florida, the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Monroe County, Florida, and Help Line, Inc. agree as
follows:
1. Monroe County, Florida, is to allocate $5,000 to Help
Line, Inc, for payment of monthly rent and partial payment on
utilities.
2. Help Line, Inc, understands that a copy of cancelled
checks in receipt of payment needs to be submitted to Monroe
County, Florida, prior to reimbursement.
3. This contract shall be in effect from October 1, 1986,
through September 30, 1987.
