RESOLUTION NO. 382 -1986
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PLANNING
DEPARTMENT TO DRAFT REGULATIONS RELATING TO
DEVELOPMENT ON SPOIL ISLANDS IN KEY WEST
HARBOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Planning Department is directed to review
the provisions of the Land Use Plan pertaining to the development
of transient, campground and marina uses on the Spoil Islands in
Key West Harbor, and to propose to the Planning Commission such
additional revisions or amendments to the Plan and/or the Land
Use Map as the Department may deem necessary to facilitate
development of these islands for transient, campground and marina
uses, appropriate to their location and condition.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
