RESOLUTION NO. 003- 1985
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
florida, desires to renounce and disclaim any right of the County
and the public in and to the hereinafter described street,
alley-way, road or highway, and
WHEREAS, due notice has been published and a public hearing
has been held in accordance with Chapter 336, Florida Statutes,
and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing no objections were made to
the renouncing and disclaiming of any right of the County and the
public in and to the hereinafter described street, alley-way,
road or highway as delineated on the hereinafter described map or
plat, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that said Board hereby renounces and
disclaims any right of the County and the public in and to the
following described street, alley-way, road or highway as delin-
eated on the hereinafter described map or plat, to-wit:
The area of block 4, of Snug Harbor Addition
No.1, Plat book 4 at page 155 further
described as all of block 4 and that area of
Sunset Boulevard coincident with the said
block 4 consisting of 9,606 square feet.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby ordered to publish notice of said
meeting in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 336,
Florida, Statutes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 11th day of January, A.D. 1985.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of County
Commissioners, will hold a public hearing on January 11, 1985 at
the Plantation Key Government Center, Plantation Key, Monroe
County, Florida, at 8:30 A.M. for the purpose of determining
whether. or not the following descri~ed street, alleyway, road or
highway shall be ~bandoned:
The area of block 4, of Snug Harbor Addition
No.1, Plat Book 4 at page 155 further
described as all of block 4 and that area of
Sunset Boulevard coincident with the said
block 4 consisting ofr9,606 square feet.
Pursuant to Section 286~0105, Florida Statutes, notice is
given that if a perso~ decided to appeal any decision made by the
Board with respect to any matter considered at such hearings or
.
meetings, he will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for
such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record or the
proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and
evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
