RESOLUTION NO. 060 -1985
RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME TO FILE THE
BUDGET'S OF THE MONROE COUNTY SHERIFF AND THE
CLERK OF THE 16TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT.
WHEREAS, the Sheriff of Monroe County, William A. Freeman,
Jr., has requested that the Sheriff's Budget, which must be
produced and presented to the Monroe County Commission, be
delayed until June 1, 1985, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk of the 16th Judicial Circuit Court, Danny
L. Kolhage, has requested that the Clerk's Budget, which must be
produced and presented to the Monroe County Commission, be
delayed until June 1, 1985, and
WHEREAS, the County Commission has been asked to concur in
the extension of the filing time for said Budgets, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that
1. The Sheriff of Monroe County shall be granted a 30-day
extension in filing his Budget before the County Commission,
to-wit: on or before the 1st day of June, 1985.
2. The Clerk of the 16th Judicial Circuit Court of Monroe
County shall be granted a 30-day extension in filing his Budget
before the County Commission, to-wit: on or before the 1st day
of June, 1985.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 8th day of March, A.D. 1985.
