RESOLUTION NO. 113 -1985
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
Municipal Tax District #703 Fund of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1984-85 to account for unanticipated funds received from
Division of Forestry, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Municipal Tax District #703 Fund of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1984-85 be, and the same is hereby
increased by the sum of $600.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Municipal Tax District #703 Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1984-85, an item to be known as
Item #703-000000-331291-0, RFD Grant, which said item
shall contain the sum of $600.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expendi tures" in the Municipal Tax District 11703 Fund
of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1984-85:
Item #703-143400-522644-0
RFD Grant
$600.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 12th day of April, A.D. 1985.
