A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, to make budgeted transfers set up in
the Monroe County budget for the Fiscal Year 1995 and to create
new items under said budget due to Tropical Storm Gordon,
therefore,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budgeted transfers previously
set up in the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year 1995 in
the amount, hereinafter set forth be transferred to and from the
following account:
CARD SOUND TOLL DISTRICT FUND 1401
Transfer from RESERVES
Item #401-920000-584990-0, Contingency
For the Amount of $85,000
Into Card Sound - Capital Outlay (Construction)
Item #401-320000-541630-0, Capital Outlay - Construction
Transfer from Reserves
Item #401-920000-584991-0, Cash Balance
For the Amount of $115,000.00
Into Card Sound -Capital Outlay (Construction)
