RESOLUTION NO. 136 -1985
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
Municipal Service District Waste, R & R Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1984-85 to account for unanticipated funds
received from Municipal Service District, Waste Operating Fund,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Municipal Service District Waste, R & R Fund
of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1984-85 be, and the same
is hereby increased by the sum of $67,827.24 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Municipal Service District Waste, R & R Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1984-85, an item to
be known as Item #105-000000-381000-0, Transfer from
Municipal Service District Fund 104, which said item
shall contain the sum of 67,827.24.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the Municipal Service District Waste,
R & R Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year
1984-85:
Item #105-098200-538640-0
Capital Outlay R & R
$67,827.24
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 10th day of May, A.D. 1985.
