RESOLUTION NO. 144-1985
A RESOLUTION CONCERNING SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to conduet a Pub lie Hearing as
required by Seetion 129.03, Florida Statutes, to inerease the
Monroe County Budget for the fiscal year ending September 30,
1985, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that a Public Hearing was conducted on
May 10, 1985, to inerease the Monroe County Key West Airport #004
Fund Budget from $1,061,167.22 to $1,100,167.22, and to adopt a
supplemental budget amendment as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be and he is hereby authorized to take the necessary aetion
to effeet the transfer of funds hereinabove set forth.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 10th day of May, A.D. 1985.
