RESOLUTION NO. 222 -1985
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
MSTD Fund #706, District 6 of the Monroe County Budget for the
year 1984 -85 to account for unanticipated funds received from Tax
Anticipation Loan Proceeds, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the MSTD Fund #706 of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1984 -85 be, and the same is hereby increased by the sum
of $88,000.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
MSTD Fund #706 of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1984 -85, an item to be known as Item #706-
000000- 384001 -0 - Proceeds from Tax Anticipation Loan
Proceeds, which said item shall contain the sum of
$88,000.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the MSTD Fund #706 of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1984 -85:
Item 1706- 142600- 526643 -0 Refurbish Ambulance $88,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 19th day of July A.D. 1985.
