RESOLUTION NO. 305-1985
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED PLAT OF
VA~HALLA ISLAND FOR RECORD.
WHEREAS, Bruno M. Manno and Mary A. Manno, his wife; Robert
R. Wilson and Jane S. Wilson, his wife; Jack W. Worth, Jr., an
individual; Violet Marie Worth Abell, an individual; Michael Carl
Taute, II, an individual; Donald Yale Root and Evelyn Elizabeth
Root, his wife; Rudolph Taute and Doris Taute, his wife; Jon
Frederick Taute, an individual and Walter Clayton Hall and Wally
M. Hall, his wife; Jack D. Hurt and Beverly M. Hurt, his wife
and, Judith M. Stager, an individual, have requested that the
Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, approve
for record a plat known as "VALHALLA ISLAND AMENDED PLAT" a
Subdivision of Block "A" of Ecstasy - Section A (P.B. 2 - P. 92)
and Adjacent Submerged Land in Section 35 - TWP. 66S. - Rge.
33E., Crawl Key No.5, Monroe County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said amended conforms with all the plat filing
rules and regulations of Monroe County, Florida, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "VALHALLA ISLAND
AMENDED PLAT" a Subdivision of Block "A" of Ecstasy - Section A
(P.B. 2 - P. 92) and Adjacent Submerged Land in Section 35 - TWP.
66S. - Rge. 33E., Crawl Key No.5, Monroe County, Florida, be and
the same is hereby approved for record, and the Chairman and
Clerk of said Board are hereby authorized to sign the certificate
of approval of said plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk is
hereby directed to make available to the Field Representative of
the Department of Community Affairs a certified copy of this
resolution by certified mail to said Field Representative, Post
Office Box 990, Key West, Florida 33041, return
