RESOLUTION NO. 318 -1985
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County
Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, to make budgeted
transfers set up in the Monroe County Budget for the year
1985-86, and to create new items under said budget, now,
therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budgeted transfers previously
set up in the Monroe County Budget for the year 1985-86 in the
amounts hereinafter set forth be transferred to and from the
following accounts:
GENERAL REVENUE FUND
Transfer from Key West Animal Shelter,
Item #001-091000-562620-0, Buildings & Structures,
The sum of $30,000.00,
Into Budgeted Transfers,
Item #301-910200-581914-0,
Capital Projects Fund - Animal Shelters
Transfer from State Attorney,
Item #001-060300-516461-0, Maintenance of Buildings,
The sum of $499.99,
Into Other Administrative Buildings,
Item #001-090300-519640-0,
Capital Outlay Equipment
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of the
Board of said Board be and he is hereby authorized to take the
necessary action to effect the transfer of funds hereinafter set
forth.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on
the 15th day of November, A.D. 1985.
