RESOLUTION NO. 346 -1985
A RESOLUTION DIRECTED TO THE SOUTH FLORIDA
REGIONAL PLANNING COUNCIL REQUESTING PAYMENT
OF THE ALLOCATION OF $12,000 WHICH HAS BEEN
SET OUT FOR MONROE COUNTY; REQUESTING THE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, MR. BARRY PETERSON, TO
REMIT THE $12,000 TO MONROE COUNTY.
WHEREAS, an allocation of $12,000 was made in the budget of
the South Florida Regional Planning Council for Monroe County,
and
WHEREAS, Monroe County respectfully requests that said sum
be remitted to Monroe County at this time, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the sum of $12,000 being held by the South Florida
Regional Planning Council, which was allocated for Monroe County,
be remitted to Monroe County accordingly.
2. That the Clerk is hereby directed to forward a copy of
this resolution to the Executive Director of the South Florida
Regional Planning Council, Mr. Barry Peterson, requesting that he
have said $12,000 sent to Monroe County as early as possible.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 6th day of December, A.D. 1985.
