RESOLUTION NO. 351-1985
RESOLUTION CONCERNING DECREASE IN RECEIPTS OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to decrease items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1985-86 to
account for unanticipated funds received from Nutrition Program
C-II, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1985-86 be, and the same is hereby decreased
by the sum of $2,990.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1985-86, an item to be known as Item
#001-186200-331907-85007 - USDA Commodities, which said
item shall contain the sum of ($2,990.00).
(2) The following decrease is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1985-86:

Item #001-186200-564210-85007 FICA ( 132.00)
Item #001-186200-564220-85007 Retirement ( 746.00)
Item #001-186200-564230-85007 Group Insurance 815.00

Item #001-186200-564410-85007 Communications ( 600.00)
Item #001-186200-564420-85007 Utilities ( 700.00)

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 20th day of December, A.D. 1985.
