RESOLUTION NO. 034 -1984
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF KEY
WEST, FLORIDA AND COUNTY OF MONROE CONCERNING THE
TRANSFER OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY FOR
THE PURPOSE OF RELOCATING LIFT STATION E OF THE
SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Mayor and Chairman of the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Monroe County, Florida, is hereby authorized to
execute an Agreement by and between the City of Key West,
Florida, and the County of Monroe, a copy of same being attached
hereto, concerning the transfer of certain real property to the
City for the purpose of relocating Lift station E of the Sanitary
Sewer System.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a special meeting of said Board held
on the 27th day of January, A.D. 1984.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORI ZING THE EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT BETWEEN"THE CITY OF KEY WEST,
FLORIDA AND THE COUNTY OF MONROE. IN WHICH
THE COUNTY SHALL TRANSFER CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY TO THE CITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF
RELOCATING LIFT STATION E OF THE SANITARY
SEWER SYSTEM.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Key
West, Florida, that the attached Agreement between the City of Key
West, Florida and the County of Monroe, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor of the City of Key West, Florida, be, and
he is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to execute said
Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Key West. The
execution of said Agreement is hereby directed to be made in as
many counterparts as may be desired or necessary.
This Resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
passage and adoption and authentication by the signature of the
presiding officer and the Clerk of the Commission.
Passed and adopted by the City Commission at. a meeting held

AGREEMENT made this __h~J:-L___ day of

("City") and the COUNTY OF MONROE ("County").
IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants contained
herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. County shall transfer certain real property to the
City for the purpose of relocating Lift Station E of the Sanitary
Sewer System, said property being described in Exhibit A attached
hereto.
2. City intends to excavate certain portions of said
real property in the course of constructing improvements on said
property.
City shall provide to the County 500 cubic yards of
fill free of cost. All other fill as result of construction shall
remain the property of City.
