RESOLUTION NO. 063-1984
RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE ENVIRONMENTAL
CULVERTING UNDER U. S. HIGHWAY 1 NEAR KEY
HAVEN ROAD.
WHEREAS, it is anticipated that environmental culverting
will be utilized under U. S. Highway 1 in the near vicinity of
Key Haven Road, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County
is of the judgment that the environmental culverting will be of
immense benefit to the area in and around Key Haven Road, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the proposed environmental culverting that is
anticipated under U. S. Highway 1 near Key Haven Road be and the
same is hereby fully supported.
2. That said culverting will be of immense benefit to the
area in and around Key Haven Road and for that purpose it is felt
by the Commission that the same should have the full support of
said body.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 24th day of February, A.D. 1984.
