RESOLUTION NO. 077 -1984
WHEREAS, the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners
must sign all legal papers, vouchers, warrants and documents on
behalf of the County, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Commissioner Ken Sorensen be and he
is hereby designated Chairman of the Board of County
Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, and he, with the Clerk
of said Board, are hereby authorized to sign all warrants, legal
documents and any other necessary papers and documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting held on the 9th day
of March, A.D. 1984.
