RESOLUTION NO. 080 -1984
A RESOLUTION DENYING ZONING APPEAL OF JACK R.
DYKSTRA AND JACK R. DYKSTRA, II.
WHEREAS, the zoning appeal of Jack R. Dykstra and Jack R.
Dykstra, II, came on to be heard before the Bo~d of County
Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, sitting as the Board of
Appeals on February 24, 1984, from appeal from the Zoning Board,
and
WHEREAS, the Board finding that the appeal should be denied
and the decision of the Zoning Board affirmed and the matter re-
manded to the Zoning Board for further clarification, now, there-
fore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONREO COUNTY, FLORIDA, sitting as the Board of Appeals that the
appeal of Jack R. Dykstra and Jack R. Dykstra, II, be and the
same is hereby denied and the matter is hereby remanded to the
Zoning Board for further clarification.
Passed and Adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 9th day of March, A.D. 1984.
