RESOLUTION NO. 130-1984
RESOLUTION RESCINDING THE APPROVAL GRANTED BY
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, ON OCTOBER 14, 1983,
AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, TO EXECUTE A SIGN LEASE BY AND
BETWEEN OLD TOWN REALTY, INC. REALTOR AND THE
COUNTY OF MONROE, STATE OF FLORIDA, FOR
LEASING OF SIGN SPACE AT THE KEY WEST
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, previously granted on October 14, 1983, the execution of
a Sign Lease by and between Old Town Realty, Inc. Realtor and the
County of Monroe, State of Florida, for leasing of sign space at
the Key West International Airport, and
WHEREAS, said Board now desires to rescind said Sign Lease
as Old Town Realty, Inc. Realtor has never executed said Sign
Lease, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Sign Lease approved by the Board of County
Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, on October 14, 1983,
by and between Old Town Realty, Inc. Realtor, and the County of
Monroe, State of Florida, for leasing of sign space at the Key
West International Airport is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 4th day of May, A.D. 1984.
