RESOLUTION NO . 138-1984
RESOLUTION RESCINDING THE APPROVAL GRANTED BY
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, ON OCTOBER 14, 1983 ,
AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
, FLORIDA, TO EXECUTE A SIGN LEASE BY AND
BETWEEN STEPHEN B. AND AMY ZAFIR D/B/A AMY' S
AND THE COUNTY OF MONROE, STATE OF FLORIDA,
FOR LEASING OF SIGN SPACE AT THE KEY WEST
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT .
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, previously granted on October 14, 1983 , the execution of
a Sign Lease by and between Stephen B . and. Amy Zafir d/b/a Amy' s
and the County of Monroe, State of Florida, for leasing of sign
space at the Key West International Airport , and
WHEREAS , said Board now desires to rescind said Sign Lease
as Stephen B. and Amy Zafir d/b/a Amy' s has never executed said
Sign Lease, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows :
That the Sign Lease approved by the Board o.f County
Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, on October 14, 1983 ,
by and between Stephen B . and Amy Zafir, d/b/a Amy' s , and the
County of Monroe, State of Florida, for leasing of sign space at
the Key West International Airport is hereby rescinded .
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 4th day of May, A.D. 1984 .
