RESOLUTION NO. 180 -1984
RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Capital
Project Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1983-84 to
account for unanticipated funds received from State Department of
Natural Resources in the amount of $110,223.56 and $56,303.40 as
a transfer from the General Fund as Local Cash Match, for the
Higgs Beach Project, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Capital Project Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1983-84, be, and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $167,526.96 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under ItRevenue" in the
Capital Project Fund of the Monroe County Budget
for the year 1983-84, an item to be known as (1) Item
#334.790 - Higgs Beach State Grant and (2) Item
#381.000 - Transfer from General Revenue Fund - Local
Match Higgs Beach, which said item shall contain the
sum of (1) $110,223.56 and (2) $57,303.40.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
ItExpenditures" in the Capital Project Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1983-84.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 29th day of June, A.D., 1984.
